Our client is a Hong Kong listed Real Estate Company.
Job Description:
Reporting to the Finance Director in Hong Kong, you will be fully responsible for the whole finance/accounting function and projects in Mainland China. You are responsible for
The accounting, tax and finance affairs of the PRC office;
Supervising the finance & accounting team in PRC and to discharge all financial reporting functions, budgeting, forecasting, tax planning and arrangement of bank financing;
Reviewing, formulating and leading continuous improvement of processes, systems and internal controls related to the finance and accounting areas;
Liaising with relevant local government authorities and ensure compliance with local statutory requirements;
The Successful Applicant:
Qualified Accountant with degree in Accountancy
Minimum of 8 years? relevant experience with at least 5 years PRC experience
Good knowledge in PRC taxation, accounting rules and regulations
Professional firm training is an advantage
Excellent leadership & interpersonal skills
Previous experience of working and stationing in the PRC is a definite advantage
Proficiency in written and spoken English, Chinese & Mandarin
