Job Description:
Reporting to the Asia Pacific Finance Director you will take responsibility for all Greater China reporting, consolidation and international compliance issues. In addition to transaction responsibilities, you will act as a business partner to China leadership on key operational and strategic initiatives including new sales channel development, marketing and promotional activities and market sector growth. You will also grow a commercial and strong finance team.
The Successful Applicant:
To qualify you will:
Be a qualified accountant with at least 10 years progressive experience in a leading multinational. Exposure to the hi-tech sector or high value branded consumer goods is advantageous.
Have specific experience in partnering a sales focused organization and meeting their financial objectives.
Expertise in US reporting environment and SOX controls.
Posses a strong analytical skill set and take a macro perspective; be adaptable to rapid business growth and change.
Mentor, coach and inspire a strong finance team as well as influence international management.
Fluency in English and Mandarin
