Our client is a respected property group with significant interests across the Asia Pacific region. Their China portfolio is predominantly commercial and continues to expand through development and acquisition.
Job Description:
Reporting to the CFO in Hong Kong you will have full financial responsibility for Beijing operations, which comprise both investment holdings and large scale current development projects. With a focus on financial disciple, risk management and project controlling across multiple projects (many of which are time critical), you will build a strong finance team as well as support the board on continued development opportunities and strategic acquisitions.
The Successful Applicant:
You will be a qualified finance professional with at least 10 years post qualification experience, a substantial element of which is in the Real Estate sector. You will understand the full development process and the risk and control issues inherent in project finance. A strong leader, influencer and mentor you will add value at the board level and play a critical part in group decision making. Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential.
