Job Description:
Generation of investment opportunities for the Company focusing primarily on corporate acquisitions, joint ventures and portfolio real estate investments;
Responsibilities focus of the sourcing of various real estate investment opportunities in accordance with analyzing and managing the acquisition of selected opportunities;
Continuing to evolve the Company's business plan and to assist in building a strategic plan for the Company to invest outside its current primary markets of China;
Having a major focus on continuing to develop the Company's position in the market through the establishment of a strong network of local and central government relationships and business partners to the Company's benefit;
Management of professional and co-ordination with legal teams throughout the purchase process.
The Successful Applicant:
At least 7 -10 years of real estate experience gained in manage, source, analysis and acquire property investment in China;
Excellent government and/or industry relationships and a proven track record of developing new contacts and opportunities in China;
Thorough understanding of the China real estate market (in both 1st Tier and 2nd Tier cities) and of the investment acquisition process particularly;
Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with high senses of the time urgency and responsibilities;
Fluent in English and Mandarin, both oral and written.
