Job Description:
Reporting to Regional Managing Director, you will have the P& L responsibility of China business. Your will be managing local Marketing / PR,the retail network and all HR issues.
Main responsibilities are:
- Develop & grow the business and managing the operation units; - Ensure the operations are in line with the company’s overall goal, vision as well as headquarters and regional office guidelines recruit, train and evaluate retail employees in retail operation procedures- Implementation of communication and marketing plans in coordination with the regional office- Ensure the image of the brand is maintained within the territory and that the highest standard of customer service is achieved- Determine product distribution and display requirements for the retail operation network- Implement the retail sales plan, while ensuring the efficient operation of all sales, operating & administrative functions within the territory- Enforce sales policies and procedures and employee policies and procedures
The Successful Applicant:
- Bachelor degree or above in related discipline- minimum 8 years relevant experience in luxury retail industry with at least 5 years of Management level- general computer literacy- Good people management skill- Training and coaching skill- Language skills: English & Mandarin, other language ability is an added advantage
