All technical activities associated with the design and procurement of static equipment (such as reactors, columns, vessels, tanks, unfired heat exchangers…) in accordance with client requirements, authority regulations, etc.
Key responsibilities
· Equipment calculation and design (engineering drawings)
· Preparation of requisitions for enquiry
· Technical evaluation of bids and supplier selection
· Preparation of requisitions for purchase
· Vendor´s drawings checking
· Equipment acceptance and delivery to site, site (erection), support and turn-over
· Responsible as discipline engineer for quality, cost and schedule
· Cooperation with client, third parties and project disciplines/field
Proven experience
More than 10 years engineering experience in handling of static equipment as mentioned above.
Minimum requirements
· BSc in Mechanical engineering
· In-depth knowledge of static equipment and ASME code
· Good knowledge of pressure vessels calculation software (PV ELITE and/or COMPRESS)
