With IT industry experience in software licensing/sales garnered at a well known firm/company, the ideal candidate will be a PRC national with training in UK or other international law firm. Strong technical skills (including Chinese drafting skills), working knowledge of general PRC law, and experience assisting with commercial contracts, is desired.
