Job Description:
The individual should have a minimum of 10 years experience in all aspects of project management across EPCM type projects. In addition, the candidate must have a background in engineering design, and has spent some time in his career as a Design Engineer performing the following functions, such as: civil & structure, plumbing and fire fighting, electrical and mechanical, architectural, etc. Experience and background should be in one, or preferably a number of the following related industries: petrochemicals, chemicals, industrial facility, electronics, pharmaceuticals, etc.
The candidate must posses’ good understanding of cost and schedule control, and will be responsible for project budgets and profit loss responsibility for project execution.
English capability should be able to comprehend spoken English and to be able to read and write in English. Spoken English and Mandarin capability should be good.
In addition to the above, the candidate should have experience in development of proposals, and in development of capital cost estimates.
