Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with the Executive Director, CBRE Consulting – China in coordinating and supervising the execution of assignments undertaken by the Department;
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Department;
• Direct, manage, supervise and execute consultancy projects and activities;
• Liaise with both existing and potential clients; engage in client relationship management; and
• Drive growth and development of the consulting business in Chengdu.

Requirements:

• At least 8 years of experience in real estate development and related business or consultancy;
• Fluent spoken & written English and Mandarin Chinese, with sound writing skills in both languages;
• A degree from a recognised university, preferably in Estate Management, Business or Economics;
• A high degree of mathematical skills and accuracy in calculations;
• Sound analytical skills paying particular attention to details;
• Able to articulate research findings and opinions succinctly;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly in Excel and Power Point;
• Frequent travel to other cities is required; and
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for an Associate Director position.
