A leading City firm is currently hiring a corporate lawyer at the 2 to 4 years PQE level for its Hong Kong office. The ideal candidate should have broad corporate experience, including exposure to corporate finance and M&A transactions. Hands on experience dealing with public/listed companies would be preferred, but is not essential. Candidates should be fluent in both English and Chinese.
