A top tier UK firm is currently seeking a senior financial services litigator at the 7+ years PQE level for its Hong Kong office. Candidates should have a financial services background with experience in advising investment banks, financial services regulators and other market participants on contentious and non-contentious financial services regulatory matters. Our client would ideally to like see candidates with experience in regulatory investigations and proceedings, including before the Insider Dealing Tribunal, arbitration experience and significant hands on transactional experience. Candidates should be Hong Kong qualified although lawyers who have been admitted in other common law jurisdictions will also be considered. Fluent written and spoken English is essential while Cantonese and Mandarin language skills would be preferred.
