An expanding UK firm is currently hiring a financial services litigator at the 6+ years PQE level for its Hong Kong office. Candidates will have a financial services background with experience on advising investment banks, financial services regulators and other market participants on contentious and non-contentious financial services regulatory matters. Candidates will also need a solid understanding of securities and investment funds. The ideal candidate will have experience in regulatory investigations and proceedings, including proceedings before the Insider Dealing Tribunal. Our client would prefer HK admitted candidates although applicants admitted in other common law jurisdictions will be considered. Fluent written and spoken English are prerequisite for this role while Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) language skills would be preferred.
