Here you'll determine and develop approaches to assignments, lead projects in liaison with other functions, customers and third parties, and deliver solutions that enable continuous process improvement.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Support NPI products development in EMC compliance. Involved in the early phase investigation and qualify the products finally.
2. Be responsible for exist products EMC continuous compliance by activities like regular audit, local sourcing project support, and transfer product qualification. Provide support to parts qualification on EMC compliance.
3. Design and implement EMC test and instruct technician to conduct test. Responsible for test plan, test procedure, data analysis and test reports completion. Detect products fault, provide root cause analysis and propose solution.
4. Be responsible for setup and submit EMC regulatory documentation required by government authorities or third parties. Maintain the test report and data record properly. Document works, review progress in time. Communicate results, conclusions and recommendations to variety audience effectively
5. Act as QA liaison to NPI projects and OF projects. Own project quality plan development and consolidate the test plan in Safety, reliability and environment as well as EMC tests according to project scope and schedule. Coordination the resource both internal and external to achieve the project goal.
6. Coach technicians in EMC knowledge development and enhance their skills.
7. Enhance in-house test capability for long term business support; Develop and maintain third part test lab relationship for resource sharing and back up.
8. Provides specific support and consulting service to others in area of expertise. Provide education, training, and operational guidance to other functional areas/entities.

1. Respect and promote Agilent company values 2. Master degree in Electronic, Physics or related scientific discipline and have more than 3 years related working experience. Familiar with the works as follows: - EMC testing (test setup, performance, pass/fail criteria, consultant labs) - EMC test equipment specifications - EMC standards - EMC design simulation - EMC hardware design - EMC software (lab equipment/test programming) - Early design support, failure analysis and failure redesign 3. Demonstrated process thinking and process management abilities. 4. Good communication ability in Mandarin and English. 5. Strong planning and collaboration skills. 6. Good team work.
Wants
1. Product safety or reliability related working experience is preferred. 2. Be familiar with WW product regulatory requirement (such as RoHS, WEEE, REACH directive) and third party agencies like TUV, UL, and CSA. 3. Project management skills and experience is preferred.
