An international real-estate company is seeking a Legal Manager to join their regional team based in Singapore. You will be handling a wide range of legal-related matters extending from acquisitions, tenancy matters, divestments and trademark licensing. Previous experience in REIT’s, property trusts and corporate secretarial work will be highly regarded. You will provide support in commercial contract negotiation, review and drafting, as well as managing external counsel. Reporting to the Vice President of Legal and Corporate Secretarial you will be a key player in exciting cross border transactions. This client expects outstanding academics, at least four years’ experience, and preferably fluent Mandarin.
