Due to their expansion in faucet business unit, they are hiring a Senior Accounting Manager to lead their finance teams of their faucet operations in Nanchang and Beijing.
Job Description:
Reporting to China General Manager, Faucet Operations, you will lead the finance teams in Nanchang and Beijing plants to ensure solid financial planning and control systems are in place, all financial reporting is performed in line with internal and external requirements, and to offer analytical assistance in special projects, such as acquisition and operation expansion, where financial justification is critical to sound decision-making.You will also look after taxation and facilitate internal and external auditing. As the leading person in finance, you will need to motivate and develop your team members.
The Successful Applicant:
· Minimum 8 years of manufacturing accounting and finance experience, of which over 3 years in supervisory/managerial positions, MNC experience preferred
· Experienced in tax laws, foreign currency and import and export regulations
· Fluent English and Chinese, excellent communication skills
· Capable of working in a matrix organization
· Certified CPA preferred
· Experienced in US GAAP preferred
