Job details Job Description:
Reporting to the Regional HR Director for Asia, the primary focus of this exciting position will be to play a lead role in corporate compensation and benefits initiatives and maintaining on-going C&B programs across the region. Working as part of a small but vibrant regional HR team, you will oversee the implementation and execution of global rewards programs and provide pro-active advice on regional C&B issues and challenges, ensuring they are attractive and competitive. An additional dimension of this role is the opportunity to be involved in generalist HR activities such as regional recruitment, employee relations and employee training and development programs.

The Successful Applicant:
The successful candidate should have a recognised and relevant university degree with at least 6 to 8 years? human resources experience. More specifically, you will display a strong working knowledge and hands-on experience in compensation and benefits. An excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese is essential, while a high level of numeric and computer literacy is expected. Dynamic and mature, you must have the proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships across the region, both internally and externally, while being an excellent team player.
