Job Description:
Reporting to the ELS Manger Asia, you will be responsible for providing lean guidance and support for all operational units with the organisation across Asia Pacific. You will conduct analysis and help identify projects and process changes that will eliminate non-value added activities and create or improve processes that add value to our customers. This will ensure continuous process improvement in accordance with Lean thinking throughout the assigned projects across all division of the business.
The Successful Applicant:
As a trained and certified Lean/Six Sigma Expert and use tools of Six Sigma to identify opportunities at the site or functional area to improve business results. It is critical you have previous experience providing overall direction, implementation, continuous improvement and training of Lean systems in operations. Some travel is expected across the region.
