Job Description:
Initially based in Hong Kong and then in Shanghai, you will manage multiple operations in China, identify and add value to business drivers, and be accountable for of business performance of the Group. You will spearhead post-merger integration, direct and implement commercial, marketing, operational and systems strategies to enhance the efficiency and synergy of the business. Of critical importance will be your ability to communicate effectively with the Board and senior management team, align goals and objectives and manage key business relationships internally and externally.
The Successful Applicant:
To qualify, you will be a senior executive with a successful track record in business development and commercial management. A comprehensive background in building alliances across operations, corporate branding and marketing will be required in addition to high levels of commercial acumen. This position will suit a senior executive with the vision and determination to further develop his/her career with a growing company in China. Fluency in English and Mandarin and the willingness to travel and relocate to China are required.
