About Our Client
Headquartered in Hong Kong, our client is an electronics manufacturing giant with global operation. They are dually listed in the Hong Kong and US Stock Exchange. Due to company expansion, they are looking for a seasoned finance professional to join their Shared Service Center.
Job Description:
Leading a sizable team, you will oversee the general ledger accounting function in their Shared Service Center. You will manage the interface of the closing process and ensure all reporting are in compliance with the Group policies as well as the Hong Kong accounting standards. You will also be responsible of the integration of accounting processes across Asia. As an integral member of the center management team, you will continuously drive process improvement projects to develop best practice within the Company.
The Successful Applicant:
You will be a qualified accountant with at least 12 years' experience in finance and accounting gained within local listed group or multinationals. Solid experience in shared service center is highly advantageous. Sound knowledge of IAS and HKFRS is essential, as is experience in using ERP systems. Fluency is English and Mandarin is a pre-requisite. Stationing or daily travel to Shenzhen required.
