QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Engineering, Physics, CS, CE or related field or equivalent experience, and at least 5 years of related technical and/or supervisory experience • Strong verbal and written communications skills in English and Chinese. • Experience with mentoring, staffing and people development • Track record of shipping quality solutions to the market quickly that delighted customers • Experience with the NPI process, environmental qualification process, software processes, and software lifecycles • Experience with design and design processes • Proven ability to make decisions quickly and efficiently • Proven ability to work in a team, gain alignment among teams, peers, partners, and management • Proven ability to adapt to changing product requirements during development in response to an aggressive marketplace • Experience with leading, planning, organizing, and tracking project teams and tasks • Experience leading software projects; experience with digital signal processing and modulation analysis • Ability to innovate and use good judgment • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
