The ideal candidate should have experience in the full range of international equity and debt offerings, including SEC registered, Rule 144A and Reg S transactions. Candidates who have been educated in the US, are admitted in New York and who have gained their experience in a leading firm are highly sought after. Excellent academics, in addition to native level English and Chinese abilities are essential requirements for the role.
