Our client is a leading serviced apartment group offering luxurious accommodation in prime locations across Asia. With over 10 years sector experience they now have an extensive portfolio located in exciting cities with proximity to commercial and residential districts. Over the past few years they have successfully embarked on a growth plan and currently operate 10 properties across Asia. They currently require an experienced General Manager for a new luxury serviced apartment property located in Dalian.
Key responsibilities include:
This role is wholly responsible for the set-up/pre-opening and overall management of the entire property, ensuring top level quality standards are met across operations, property maintenance, cost control, services, staff management and liaison. Solid understanding of budgetary control, sales and marketing, finance, front desk and housekeeping is essential.
The successful candidate will have:
• Minimum 10 years experience with a leading international hospitality brand
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Preopening experience is a plus
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is a must
