For a MNC, expert in standards and regulations compliance relating to quality, health & safety, environment and social responsibility, Talent Fishers is looking for a China I&F Division Industry Director based in Shanghai, to accompany the growth of the Business Activity in China.
Job description
The China I&F Division Industry Director will be in charge of:
• Define the Company China Industry development strategy, put in place this strategy and adapt it regularly in order to preserve the company China leading position and competitive advantages in Industry area;
• Define the Company China Industry marketing & sales strategy with appropriate combination between market/client/Company services, being strong and exemplary in leading business development ;
• Develop Industry budget and realize budget, take Industry full P/L responsibilities;
• Develop Industry management team, adopt Industry organization to fit for business development, build competences in both technical and management area;
• Optimize operation process constantly, develop synergy between different BUs within Industry to achieve lean services;
• Ensure effective cooperation with other departments or divisions in China
• Takes part in business development by external growth through M&A and/or partnership;
• Maintain cooperative relation with the Company Industry Business in Head Office and the Company worldwide network;
• Being The Company China representative in Industry area, develop and maintain good relation with relative Chinese authorities (relative ministries, AQSIQ, SAWS, CNCA, etc.), professional associations and other professional organization, being “Voice” of the Company in this profession in China
Job requirements
• Bachelor/Master with a technical Major, MBA or EMBA is desirable
• At least 15 years working experience in Oil and Gas upstream activity
• Significant experience in Chinese industrial environment in a foreign company
• Experience in a similar position would be a plus
• Be professional in both technical and management area
• Familiar with the Company profession – QHSE
• Have strategic thinking and analysis in depth capability
• Excellent in communication, presentation and redaction
• Ability to tackle challenging projects which require a combination of business, organization and technical issues in order to provide maximum value to customers needs
• Fluent in English and Chinese
• Willing to travel
