Our client is a leading corporation in the automotive field. In order to further develop their operations in the retail segment they are looking for a foreign GM Retail Operations to be based in Shanghai.
Responsibilities/ Performance Indicators:
- Develop business plan for retail network in China
- Directly responsible for establishment and management of retail store network within China
- Lead retail development team to develop successful retail operations with international characteristics according to company plan
Candidate Requirements:
- Strong strategic and retail planning experience
- Experienced and proficient in understanding automotive aftermarket sales model
- 10+ years retail operations or retail planning management experience
- Chinese not necessary; non-Chinese-speaking expatriate applicants will be considered
- Ability and willingness to travel outside of Shanghai some of the time
