One of our client is seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager for their HK office.
RESPONSIBILITES:
Manage the operational aspects of the HK office of the bank including a large Middle office, back office and operations team.
REQUIREMENTS:
· University degree with minimum of 10 years experience
· Prior experience in Banking, Transactional services, Trade Finance Operations or Insurance
· Knowledge of commercial laws, government regulations and bank's operational policies and procedures
· Full understanding and comprehensive knowledge of various laws and relative regulations/rules/other regulatory requirement
· Excellent command of spoken and written English as well as Cantonese (mandatory)
· Strong management skills of large teams
· Good analytical and presentation skills
· Excellent communication skills is a must
· Demonstrate leadership ability and success
· HK resident/applicants strongly preferred
