Job details Our client is a Fortune 500 Company with stable organization and regional growth opportunities.

Reporting directly to the Director of Supply Chain, the incumbent will be responsible for leading, planning and coordinating continuous improvement efforts within the Supply Chain function. He/she will be based in Hong Kong with business coverage in APAC.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate current supply chain practices and continuously identify improvement project opportunities
  • Drive and deploy continuous improvement projects within the supply chain function
  • Set up, lead and train project teams to deliver identified KPIs
  • Identify challenges / barriers during project implementation and trouble shooting
  • Lead, supervise and coach a team in the deployment of continuous improvement projects


Requirements:
  • Degree qualified with minimum 10 years of supply chain and operations experience with focus on continuous improvement and lean
  • Proven leadership skills to lead and influence stakeholders
  • Strong in project management, resources planning and deployment
  • Lean and six sigma qualified with strong proficiency in improvement tools
  • Strong communicator with fluency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
