Description:
Responsible for improving business processes and supports critical business strategies by managing the development, implementation and maintenance of business applications systems. Leads multiple projects and oversees developers to ensure that specifications are met. The candidate shall have the experience working on a large-scale software development program and working within a program life cycle. Having the ability to supervise a small group of developers is a must.
Skills Required:
B.S. in Computer Science or Information Technology
Minimum 6+ years experience
Experience with SOA, J2EE, Servlets, Sybase, SPRING, Ajax
Experience in developing/implementing recommendations based on analysis and research
Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Skills Desired:
Able to be flexible and work under pressure of deadlines
Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong analytic, problem solving and decision-making skills
Must learn existing business processes and new technologies at an accelerated pace
