Job Description:
As part of a well established legal team, you will provide legal support and advice to the business units on mergers and acquisitions transactions as well as general commercial and regulatory compliance matters.
The Successful Applicant:
You will be Singaporean qualified and ideally, you will have at least 10 years' post-qualified experience gained in either private practice and or in-house either in the practice area of M&A or finance. If you have high energy levels and enjoy working as part of a team, please apply.
