This function is responsible for management of Controlling team and is in charge of financial reporting, booking quality, cost calculation, cost center planning, budget and forecast, physical inventory, assets management, co-ordinate of internal and external audit, company insurance policy and taxation matters
To Secure consistent booking procedure of all business cases according to Company guidelines, IFRS and local-/US-GAAP (general ledger, account payable ledger, accounts receivable ledger)
To Make proposal for budget and forecast according to management requirement
To be responsible for the finance audits (KPMG), taxation audits and other internal/external audits
This function reports to the Comercial Manager and has group of AC staff to supervise.
To lead and manage AC team to provide accurate financial report to management, internal and external customer
Bachelor degree or above in accounting and controlling, business administration or related, MBA is preferred.
Mature professional knowledge in accounting and controlling management and good understandings to the impact of the company's strategy caused by AC management. Sound knowledge of Corporate Guideline, IFRS, US GAAP, Local GAAP and taxation regulations. Strong ability in monitoring and analyzing. Strong communication, cooperation and co-ordinate skills. Good communication skills in English and Chinese, and good skills in PC. Vision and conceptional understanding of AC management.
At least five (5) years work experience in a multinational industrial enterprise at the similar position. Basic product knowledge. At least three (3) years of management experience.
