– According to item of contract and the requirement from foreign suppliers, audit and control tactical buyers to send forecast to suppliers regularly. Base on the forecast organize the material purchasing job. Make sure all the material complete procurement work in the frozen period. According to the process, send PO to suppliers and confirm it. Tracking PO timely.
– Understanding suppliers’ production information, supervising tactical buyer work with forwarder, tracking transfer status for the whole routine, feedback to the relevant departments when occur potential risk, set up short and long term action plan with relative buyer.
– Organize to optimize order type in ERP system, safety stock and five replenishment methods. Ensure inventory level align with the enterprise metrics.
– Tracking shipping price changes in time according to the published foreign exchange rate and shipping marketing situation, , negotiation with forwarder to get the maximum benefit.
– Coordinate CEC strategic purchasing department and SQE, resolve quality problems appeared in assembly workshop and machine workshop.
– Administer other jobs which were accredited.
– At least 1 years working experience in tactical or other relevant purchasing area.
Knowledge requirements:
– Familiar with the Contact Law and other relevant law knowledge.
– Holding purchasing process and program.
– Understanding relevant logistic knowledge.
Skills:
– Proficiency in the use of computer office software such as Word/Excel.
– Good language skills and strong communication skills.
