About Our Client:
Our client is US multinational company with global presence and strong business foundation in China. Currently they are looking for an experienced Financial Controller to join one of their fast growing plant in Tianjin.
Job Description:
Reporting to the CFO in China headquarter, you will take full responsibility for the finance management of the plant operations. In particular you will:
* Advise the management of the business from a financial prospective.
* Analyze and quantify business activities and decisions in financial terms using the group's methodologies. Train and leverage support staff in these roles.
* Coordinate the annual budgeting, financial planning and capital planning processes for the business and owner of the end product.
* Be responsible for the monthly financial projection submission. Key player in the strategic planning and other business planning processes.
* Keep the financial records in accordance with U.S. GAAP, tax, PRC GAAP.
* Be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the system of internal controls for the business.
* Be responsible for the maintenance, integration and enhancement of the accounting systems of the business.
The Successful Applicant:
* At least Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or Engineering.
* CPA, ACCA or equivalent certifications.
* 10 years working experience with a respected multinational company. And at least 3 years as a controller at plant level.
* Strong people management skills.
* Ability to handle a multi-billion dollar plant.
* Must be able to speak fluent English.
