Job Description
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will oversee all functions of day-to-day store operations. You will recruit, train and develop a team capable of delivering quality service and sales performance, and continuously motivate your staff to provide a consistently high level of customer service. You will be responsible for delivering store profit goals and company objectives through the achievement of sales targets, margins and P&L management. You will also build and maintain excellent relationship with business partners while keeping abreast with new business development opportunities.
The Successful Applicant
To qualify for this exciting opportunity, you will have a minimum of 10 years retail management experience preferably within the luxury retail industry. Experience managing multi-brands is highly sought. A results-oriented individual, you will possess strong business acumen, flexible, ambitious and show initiative. You will also demonstrate strong leadership, interpersonal and people management skills.
