Our client is leading fortune 500, their electrical group is seeking Southwest Regional Sales Manager in Chengdu.
They offer innovative technologies to deliver comfort, convenience and electrical protection and control.
Essential Responsibilities - Internal :
•Responsible for growing the industry sales of Industrial Products in southwest region.
•Develop customer relationship in targeted industries, Lead, support and manage the regional sales team to achieve sales target assigned by the country SGM.
•Leverage the resources of China to maximize sales force effectiveness
•Responsible for team management and improve team’s effectiveness.
Qualifications/Requirements - Internal :
•Bachelor degree or above, major in power utility, automation and electrical engineering, or equivalent.
•At least 5 years sales experience with proven track record in the above-mentioned fields plus two years in a leading sales role in multinational company.
•Strong communication and leadership skill, ability to interface and influence different levels of customers both internal and external
•Strong self-motivated
•Fluent English and Mandarin both in written and spoken
