Our Partners and Consultants come from leading consultancies, investment banks and industrial groups. All have impressive academic backgrounds.
Our new senior consultant in Shanghai could be either a Chinese or foreign national, fluent in speaking, reading and writing English and Mandarin Chinese. Other major European languages a bonus. Good analytical and presentation skills. Outstanding academic background. Outstanding communication skills –must be comfortable communicating with senior executives. Demonstrated skills and clear enjoyment of solving complex problems. Strong performer, positive attitude, good team player, responsible, mature. Proactive self-starter, work well under pressure, and be flexible embracing change. Prior consulting, investment banking, or corporate experience in strategy, business development, corporate development or general management.
Five or more years work experience. MBA or equivalent or significant relevant professional experience. The right candidate should have strong business development and commercial skills and be able to help us develop new business and clients.
Mothers having taken time out of work and now seeking to return to employment welcome. We are willing to be flexible with work schedules for the right applicant and although we would prefer full time, we are happy to consider part-time job applicants.
Base salary plus generous performance bonus. Opportunity to progress to partnership subject to performance.
