Job Description:
Reporting to the VP of Real Estate Investment Banking in Hong Kong you will help the group and its investors source, analyse and evaluate some of the largest real estate opportunities in the China market. With particular focus on development financing and valuation you will build complex financial models and negotiate critical terms with investors, syndicates and developers. In addition, you will work with investment bankers on potential acquisitions where real estate plays a real value adding opportunity.
The Successful Applicant:
You will be a respected real estate professional who, regardless of years of experience, has continuously out-performed. Qualified with a top MBA or CFA and with a deep understanding of the global and China property market you will have the financing and modelling skills necessary to support top international bankers. An ability to make business critical decisions is essential as is intellectual flair and fluency in English and Mandarin.
