Its continuous and sustainable growth in China has created a unique opportunity for a seasoned finance professional to head the China Finance operation.
Job Description:
Reporting to the CFO, you will take full responsibility of the financial operation of the company. You will be an integral member of the management team to devise strategy and drive the growth of the company?s four business units. Spearheading the finance and administrative functions of an established team, you will ensure reporting, taxation and compliance issues are completed on a timely basis. You will also manage debt negotiations with local and foreign institutions, undertake financial engineering and the structuring of debt for the group's investments.
The Successful Applicant:
The ideal candidate should be a qualified CPA with at least 10 years of experience gained with large multinational corporations. Knowledge of the Chinese real estate and banking markets is a must. Strong business acumen and leadership skills are key ingredients to success. Prior overseas working experiences is preferred but not essential. Fluency in English and Mandarin is a prerequisite, knowledge of Cantonese is advantageous.
