Due to the rapid growth of our business, we are now recruiting a Receptionist / Administrator for our Tianjin office, who will perform general duties as a Receptionist and help in office administrative work.


Experience

Diploma holder;
*
1 - 2 years working experience as a receptionist or an administrator or a secretary preferably in MNCs;
*
Good English language skills (speaking, listening, writing, and reading);
*
Good team work spirit and sense of responsibility;
*
Good communication skills;
*
Good common sense;
*
Friendly attitude - cheerful and diligent; and
*
Aptitude in standard computer software, such as Word, Excel, etc.
