Having achieved significant growth in the Asia region, our client a leading US MNC is looking to recruit an experienced professional to help lead and mould their finance function in the region.



-Responsible for the accurate and timely preparation and filing of corporate tax returns; including working with Accounting in the collation of financial data/information and reviewing of the relevant tax disclosures.

-Provide assistance and support to various business units and functions in managing the tax incentive matters.

-Review tax provisions prepared by Accounting.

-Assist on ad hoc tax queries.

-Prepare internal tax reporting packages for US tax reporting purpose.

-Ensure compliance with SOX and other internal control processes



To qualify, individuals need to possess:

•A good university degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience either at a Big 4 or corporate tax department of a MNC

•Regional/International tax exposure

•First class communication and strong relationship management skills

•A team player attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

•A high level of accuracy and an eye for detail

•A hard working, proactive attitude and the ability to think out of the box
