Job details CB Richard Ellis Group, Inc., an S&P 500 company headquartered in Los Angeles, California, is the world's largest commercial real estate services firm (in terms of 2007 revenue). The Company serves real estate owners, investors and occupiers in more than 50 countries worldwide.

Responsibilities:
• Support the Executive Director in business development activities, including preparation of proposals and presentation to potential clients;
• Offer advice and consultancy services to Shopping Centre owners;
• Establish operational procedures and create Shopping Centre operational manuals for clients;
• Train centre staff on the day-to-day management of the shopping centre;
• Support other departments within CB Richard Ellis as required; and
• Ensure a level of quality and consistency in management of shopping centres through the implementation of relevant systems and procedures.

Requirements:
• Educational level to degree or above; candidates with a background in marketing preferred, but not essential;
• At least five years’ relevant shopping centre management experience with an established landlord/developer or third party service provider;
• Experience of managing shopping centres in Greater China preferred, but not essential;
• An understanding of M&E systems;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in spoken and written English and Mandarin;
• Proficiency in the use of MS Office, particularly PowerPoint;
• A team player and ability to work under pressure; and
• Prepared to travel throughout Greater China.
