Chemical / Industrial Building (based in Shanghai, China)
Requirements:
Degree in Mechanical or Water Supply & Drainage
Over 10 years' experience in design and project management of piping systems such as cleanrooms, process exhaust, chilled/ hot water piping and other mechanical building services systems in the pharmaceutical, semiconductors or building industries.
Be able to travel
Auto CAD proficient
Responsibilities:
Engineering design including P & ID's
Project management including cost estimating and time planning, coordination with other system engineers
Procurement including preparation of bid packages/ specifications and tender evaluation
Construction supervision including shop drawings and submittals checking, QA/ QC, systems startup and commissioning, plant operation troubleshooting, operation and maintenance manuals preparation, client liaison and hand over.
