Chemical / Industrial Building (located in Shanghai, China)
Responsibilities:
Independently evaluate, select, and apply standard architectural techniques, procedures and criteria, using judgment in making minor adaptations and modifications.
Receive instruction on objectives, points of emphasis, references and possible solutions.
A broad responsibility with clients, manufacturers, and public.
Communicate effectively and outstanding skills in English and Mandarin, able to work independently with minimal supervision, and work in a fast pace environment.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Architectural required
Verbal and written communication skills with a good working knowledge of English and Mandarin
Certificate in Architectural preferred
Self-motivated and willing to accept responsibility and ownership of work assigned
Strong skills in Auto CAD and office computer program
Be familiar with related Chinese design code
Over 10 years of experience preferably on large scale architectural & engineering projects, multinational experience an asset.
