Key responsibilities of Product Control include:
Preparation of daily trading Profit & Loss
Profit & Loss analysis and market commentary
Price testing and review any trading provisions
Reconciliation between Front Office and Back Office systems
Reviewing booking, valuation and revenue recognition for all trades
Evaluating and integrating new products/markets/strategies/business into the Banks financial environment
Requirements
Degree in Finance and Accounting
Possess strong analytical, communication and organisational skills;
At least 2-3 years of Operations experience with good investment banking product knowledge
Strong controls background with an appreciation of risk
