1) Manage and oversee all financial activities, including day-to-day accounting, operational analysis, annual audit, and US and local legal GAAP reports for Agilent China legal entities. Lead and support activities with interface with finance HUB in India and Malaysia.
2) Establish and maintain best practices in financial reporting, financial analysis/review with an emphasis on process setup and improvement
3) Institute and maintain planning and control procedures in compliance with Agilent internal policies as well as external applicable legislation
4) Leading or supporting entity/country wide financial projects, with interfacing with management teams of various business functions
5) Provide "Early Warnings" and take initiative for problem solving; Provide interpretations, analysis and recommendations to facilitate management decision making
Qualifications
1) Fluent in both written and spoken Mandarin Chinese and English, university or above with major in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration. MBA and/or CPA are preferred
2) 5 - 8 years of progressive professional experience with exposure to Accounting, Tax, Financial Analysis or Business Planning. Working experience in big 4 is preferred
3) Experience in project / process management crossing functions; Experience as people/project manager to lead and coach team members; Sense of urgency and ability to demonstrate leadership to push work forward to timely completion
4) Strong interpersonal skills and ability to operate in a multi-cultural environment; capability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, matrix environment
5) Self-motivation, proactive, and innovative. Can be working under high pressure
