You've established your people management and leadership ability. Here's where you take it further. You'll manage assigned sales personnel to achieve Chemical analysisi group of Agilent Technologies by unit revenues(GC,LC,GC/MS,LC/MS,ICP/MS...) and expense objectives, assign Sichuan,chongqing,Yunnan,Guizhou to representatives and play your part in negotiations with key Chemical customers. As well as managing sales budget and resources, and developing direct reports, you'll also assist in planning strategy and training sales staff.
Qualifications
Educated to at least chemical analysis/biochem university degree level, more than three years sales/marketing experince for food safety or environemtal or chemical analysis industrial . Peopel management/account management skill and LEadership team work spirit. Well understand the analytical industrial in southwest of China.
