Our client, a prestigious US firm that is well known for the quality of its private equity and M&A practice, is currently seeking a 2 – 4 years PQE Hong Kong admitted associate for its Hong Kong office. You should ideally possess experience in M&A, private equity and general China focused corporate transactions. You will need fluent Mandarin and English language skills and should have a dynamic and proactive personality. Regular travel will be required of the successful candidate as our client’s practice has a regional focus.
