A Magic Circle firm is currently seeking a mid-level employment lawyer to join its Hong Kong office. Candidates must have a strong understanding of employment regulations in Hong Kong and will ideally have advised on all areas of employment and benefits law, including the termination of employment, enforcement of restrictive covenants and confidentiality obligations. Excellent academics and fluent written & spoken English and Cantonese are prerequisite for this position.
