Our client, a leading US firm, is currently looking for a TMT lawyer at the 2 to 4 years PQE level to join its Hong Kong office. The ideal candidate will be experienced in drafting a variety of IT agreements that include software development agreements, licensing, distribution and supply agreements, outsourcing agreements, support, maintenance and service level agreements. Our client will consider candidates who are admitted in either Australia, the UK, or Hong Kong. Fluency in English is essential while Mandarin and/or Cantonese skills would be advantageous.
