A leading New York firm is currently seeking a corporate lawyer at the 2 to 5 years PQE level to join its Hong Kong office. The ideal candidate will have well rounded transactional skills and will specialise in handling telecommunications, media/broadcasting, and technology (TMT) matters for corporate clients in China, Hong Kong and the Asia Pacific region. Candidates who have experience in advising on telecommunications, broadcasting, public and IT law, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, FDI, competition law and/or digital media will have a distinct advantage.
