Our client, an international consumer goods company, is strengthening its IP team and seeks a Regional IP Counsel, based in Shanghai, to cover North Asia. The role will provide IP legal support and advice on projects, particularly acquisitions, disposals and joint venture arrangements. Successful incumbents will have significant IP experience including copyright, unfair competition, enforcement and international trade mark portfolio management.
