A leading Wall Street firm is in the process of ramping up its Shanghai office and is looking for outstanding Corporate Associates at all levels of seniority. Applications from candidates with any form of corporate experience will be considered, although a background in M&A, private equity and corporate finance would be preferred. Candidates should be admitted in either Hong Kong or in at least one US jurisdiction (preferably New York). Candidates should have an outstanding academic record coupled with excellent communication and presentation skills. Fluency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin is essential.
